First and foremost, Doug Sheets has established a proven method for the servicing of wedding clients. After the first consultation, which Doug personally performs, our wedding clients know instantly that they have made the right choice. We give the wedding client our undivided attention to let them know that their day, their vision of their day, and their needs will be met. 

We begin with getting to know the couple. From there we ask more questions to gain a further understanding of their vision. We make suggestions. We never tell a client that they NEED to do this, or DO that. We will guide them on their journey to their forever. After we have gotten to know them personally, begin to lay out their day in timeline form. We fully understand the magnitude of what it means to be chosen by a couple as their entertainment as they begin their lives together. We make sure that the couple is comfortable with the flow of the day. Leading up to the special day, we make ourselves available to them, almost any time they need it.

On the day of the wedding, we arrive early to set up and make sure everything is ready to go well ahead of any guests arriving. We act as the day of coordinator somewhat because we take a hands on approach to the pre-ceremony details. We line everyone up for the ceremony. We then make sure all music starts as cued and make sure everyone makes it down the aisle the way it is expected and practiced. After the ceremony we begin to send everyone to the cocktail hour or reception. We then get to know the guests by going table to table introducing ourselves. When the reception begins, we meet the bridal party and line them up accordingly. We then begin the timeline for the reception. No detail is forgotten and we begin the fun that is the wedding reception.
